Rosedale Park is also a great place to have family gatherings, friends get-togethers, and birthday parties. There are even horseshoe pits! Speaking of horseshoes, this park has a playground for both young children and older kids. The newest equipment in the park is for five to twelve-year-olds. The oldest play equipment is for two to five-year-olds.
Another park in the neighborhood is Lions Field, which has a baseball diamond, tennis court, and soccer field. This park also has a playground with the same age ranges as Rosedale Park. The equipment for younger kids includes a toddler climber and slide along with a teeter-totter. The older kids’ equipment includes a swingset with belt seats, monkey bars, a horizontal ladder, and more.
Lions Field is not only famous for its play equipment though. One of the reasons why it is so popular in Bethel Welborn is because of their Easter Egg Hunts.
It also has an awesome parkour course. This is a great place for kids to get outside and have some fun.
Another wonderful park in the neighborhood is Lake Waukomis Park. This popular park has three different playgrounds, although one of them was just built in late 2016.
